BUSINESS BOOT CAMP
P.A.C.E. Corporation has created the BizBootCamp Program to help business owners and senior managers of any sized company to develop their Strategic Business Plans. We have 2 programs from you to choose from, which you can access further information and sign up for by clicking on the Program name itself.
NON-RESIDENTIAL - 2 Day Intensive Program
Major Elements each of:
- Strategy and Business planning
- Implementation of Business plan
- Human Capital Management (people)
- Sales & Marketing
- Business/Structure (Financial)
- Financial Key Performance Indicators
- One Page Performance Planning System (1PPPS)
Session Investment is $4,400 (+gst) for the 2 days
- The ongoing support program is mandatory and includes 1 seat on the online system (1PPPS) for 12 months ($300 per month)
- 1/2 hour qualified business mentor per month – payable monthly in advance
- Session times - starting at 8am, finished by 5pm daily
- 3 Breaks (M/L/A)

NON-RESIDENTIAL - The One Page Business Plan 1PBP® - Strategic Business Planning Workshop
Subject Sessions: - each 2 day program – Investment $847 (inc.gst) and non-residential.
- Strategy, business planning and Implementing
- Human Capital Management (people)
- Sales and Marketing
- Business and Tax Structure/Financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- It is recommended that participants invest in the online web enabled 1PPPS with ½ hour qualified business mentor support for a 12 month period. The investment is $300 (+gst) per month for 12 months
Each 2 day program session will allow you to develop practical and useable program for your business company.

- Develop an initial implementation pl- an for each participant
- Take away your own checklist for success
- Create a roadmap for your business success into the future
